We offer a wide range of materials including pine, cedar, exotic hardwood and composites.  Stone options for hardscaping include pavers, blocks, flagstone and boulders.  We also offer a guarantee that is unique to the decking industry.  A third party guarantee of job completion and warranty performance is provided by the National Guarantee Corporation and is a standard offering to our customers.

About Archadeck of Central Iowa
Archadeck has operated in the Central Iowa area since 1996. In 2002, current owners – and brothers – David and Harold Cross acquired the Central Iowa office. Quality craftsmanship is the hallmark of our projects. Attention is given to every detail, from design to structural connections to finish trim. Archadeck of Central Iowa is featured regularly in the Des Moines Register and its HomeStyle publications as well as in the WelcomeHome magazine. We are also members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines and of the Des Moines Better Business Bureau.

David began building Archadeck projects when the Archadeck office was first opened in Des Moines in 1996. With many years of carpentry and remodeling industry experience, David’s background and experience serve Archadeck of Central Iowa well in his role as Construction Manager.

With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance and banking industries, Harold has a strong background in Information Technology and project management, which combined with David’s experience, allows Archadeck of Central Iowa to provide strong customer service to all of their customers
